Gary Michael Jeter (January 24, 1955 – March 9, 2016) was a professional American football defensive end in the National Football League. An All-American at the University of Southern California in 1976, Jeter was drafted by the New York Giants in the first round (fifth overall) in the 1977 NFL Draft.
